One of the better lower abdominal exercises is the leg lift. With this exercise you will lay flat on the floor with your hands under your butt. Another good exercise is the reverse crunch. With this exercise you will lay flat on the floor with your arms to your side. Keep your knees bent and lift your feet off the floor. Then you will slowly move your knees to your chest lifting your buttocks off the floor. With these two exercises you will get six pack abs.
