Unfinished Business

Over the past few years of blogging I have completed 1,138 posts (not including this one) about a myriad of subjects that I found interesting for one reason or another. Some meant to be funny. Some meant to be serious. All meant to provoke thought within the minds of the readers. If you’ve benefited from them, that’s largely up to you. On top of the words you can read on this blog, I have probably deleted another 100 or so posts that I just didn’t like when they were done. If it’s not good enough for me, it’s not good enough for you. Some times, I have an idea and write a draft that I never go back and finish. Right now, I have about 50 items of unfinished business. By the end of summer, I intend to shut down HEDGEfolios and move into serious money management to get paid for delivering the kind of performance that has been available for free most of the past 4 years.  When I move on, I expect to be much more quiet - maybe even silent. I like to finish what I start and avoid loose ends. So before this comes to a close, I will be going through these items and either delete them or finish them off. When I am done with that exercise, I will let you know and in the 1 week that follows that announcement, I will only write about topics that you readers want me to discuss.  If there are no requests at that time, there will be no posts from me.  If I don’t like the ideas people send in…I won’t write about them. So if you have unfinished business of your own and you’d like my thoughts, save them up and send them in when I let you know.   It won’t be long.
